17 clubs represented on Laois U-14 football panel

The Laois Ladies senior footballer championship has been delayed following an appeal

Ballyroan-Abbey lead the way with seven representatives on the 41-man Laois U-14 football squad announced this week.

In total there are 17 clubs are represented. Portlaoise have six players included, St Joseph’s have five, Portarlington have four and The Heath have three. Arles-Killeen, Ballyfin, Barrowhouse and St Paul’s have two each while Clonaslee, Stradbally, Timahoe, Crettyard, Graiguecullen, Mountmellick, Park-Ratheniska amd Ballylinan have one each.

Laois Games Development Administrator has contacted all of the players to tell them of their inclusion while he has also been in touch with those who attended trials but didn’t make the final cut.
