A Portarlington shop is holding its 14th annual Daffodil Day fundraiser this Friday

For the 14th consecutive year, Fifty Seven Boutique in Portarlington will hold its Daffodil Day Coffee Day in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.

“We’ve held this event every year since we opened our shop in Portarlinton in 2003,” says Mary Miller, owner of Fifty Seven. “And we’ve raised quite an amount for the Irish Cancer Society over the years.

“It’s a charity that’s very close to my heart and we get a massive amount of support from our customers and friends every year. We hold the Coffee Day from 10am to 8pm to suit people’s lifestyles – whether they’re after dropping kids to school or on their way home from work.

“We’d like to thank everyone who has supported us over the year and look forward to seeing many of them again this Friday.”
