Woodenbridge Paddlers aim for Guinness Book of Records

The well-known Woodenbridge Paddlers club are aiming get into the Guinness World Book of Records as they embark on a 24-hour Canoe Polo extravaganza next month.

The event will take place on Saturday/Sunday, July 22/23 at the Woodenbridge where the Canoe Polo goals – which were sponsored by Oldtown Construction – were erected in 2016. A marquee will also be on site where refreshments will be provided.

Well known celebrities along with local musicians are invited to come along and lend their support for this Cuisle Centre fundraiser.

This marathon event will kick off at 2pm on Saturday, July 22, and conclude at 2pm on Sunday, July 23.
