The Pantry cafe is owned and managed by Mark Healy and Ladonna McCartan.

Mark, who is a chartered accountant, and Ladonna, who has a background in hotel sales and marketing, chose a complete change of direction when they initially bought their Cafe business.

Along with a very dedicated team, they have successfully grown the business over the past four years.

Trip Advisor cites it as the Number 1 place in Laois for desserts.

They hold a much-coveted John and Sally McKenna recommendation and a Georgina Campbell Award for the past two years.

It has been ranked the number 1 café in Laois.

The Pantry is best known for its homemade food, friendly welcome, and an almost fanatical dedication to serving great coffee, having partnered with well know Dublin roaster and speciality coffee supplier, 3fe.
