Last night, Midlands 103 held their inaugural Customer Service awards at the the Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise.
Forty businesses were recognised out of an astonishing 5,500 thousand nominations to highlight the very best the Midlands has to offer.
Of these 40 businesses honoured from the Midlands, 10 hailed from county Laois.
Among these businesses were nail technician of the year, giftware store of the year, and accountancy firm of the year.
