The very popular entertainer Rory’s Stories is coming to Portlaoise to help raise funds for the ongoing renovations in Colt GAA club.
Rory O’Connor, the man behind Rory’s Stories, is a Meath man who has thousands of followers on Facebook that tune into watch his video clips depicting numerous typically Irish situations, many of them with a GAA theme.
Colt GAA are currently upgrading facilities in the club, which have been developed over the last few years.
The aim is to also install a new 500-meter walking track as well as a installing a new spectator fence around the main playing field.
The event will take place in O’Loughlins Hotel in Portlaoise on Friday, December 28, at 9pm.
Tickets for the night are €20 and can be purchased from any club member.
