The LaoisToday Christmas Video Interview Series continues today with another big sit-down piece with a well-known Laois personality.
Musician Damien Bowe is in today, the Shanahoe native who was part of D-Side, a boy band in the early 2000s.
D-Side played all over the UK and also toured South East Asia and Bowe has described it all as an incredible experience.
In this good-humoured interview he remembers his early music involvements, how he broke into the band and what it was like on the celebrity scene in the UK.
With four young children, he says he’d like to see them get involved in music too.
Now a very popular church singer and lead man with The Vows Wedding Band, he even throws in a song for our viewers.
