Martin Bennett, Clonard, Mountrath, Co.Laois. Died 23rd February 2019, (peacefully), at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband of Maureen, loving father to Peter, Maureen (Dowling), Kathleen (Dunne), Martin, Brenda, and Helen (Phelan), and brother to Kathleen Connor. Martin will be sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, sister, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home Mountrath this Sunday evening from 4.0’clock, with Rosary at 8.0’clock. House private on Monday and Tuesday morning. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11.0’clock in St. Edmund’s Church Castletown, followed by private cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
Anne Dunne (née Finlay)
Roseville, Lower Main Street, Abbeyleix, Laois / Rosenallis, Laois
Formerly of Clonduff, Rosenallis. Peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Brendan and much loved mother of Finola, Lorraine, Cathriona and Aisling. Deeply regretted by her loving family, sons-in-law, grandchildren, sister and brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her home this Saturday, February 23rd, from 6pm. with Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Sunday to The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix for 11am. Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.

Tommy (husband of the late Mona) died at his home. Father of Francie, Martin, James,Tommy and Liz (Kennedy). Sincerely regretted by his sons, daughter, brother (Fr,Charlie), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at his home from 11am on Saturday. Removal on Saturday evening at 7.40pm to St. Lazarian’s Church, Knock arriving at 7.50pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 2pm followed by burial in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Ballinakill. No flowers please. Eircode: R32 AY 71.

Morrissey nee Treacy, Castle Gardens Nursing Home, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford and formerly Castlefleming, Errill, Co. Laois. February 21st 2019. Peacefully in the presence of her loving family, in her 98th year, Kathleen predeceased by her husband Martin. Sadly mourned by her family Brigid, Tommy, Agnes, Eamon and Martin, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her brothers Michael and Tommy and her sister Agnes, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.
Reposing at O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Rathdowney on Friday evening from 7pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass at 11am in the Church of Our Lady Queen of the Universe, Errill followed by burial in St. Kieran’s Cemetery, Errill.
