Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ann, son John, daughter Sandra, daughter-in-law Joanne, grandchildren Faye & Evie, brothers Mike and Eamon, sister May, son-in-law Liam, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at his son John’s residence, Kylehorne House, The Strand, Ballickmoyler, Laois (Eir Code R93 D2T6) from 2pm on Sunday & Monday. Private funeral will take place on Tuesday. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Carlow District Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late Michael and much loved mother of Paul, David, Anna, Mairead, Stephén, Ciarán. Nicola and Justin. Reposing at her home on Sunday from 12 noon with rosary recital at 8:00o’c on Sunday evening.

Due to the goverment’s advice regarding public gatherings and the Corvid virus 19. A private requiem Mass will take place at 12:00 noon on Monday in SS Peter & Paul’s Church with burial afterwards in Ss Peter & Paul’s Cemetery. Anybody wishing to offer their sympathies can do so in the cemetery or use the condolence section below.

Annie Irwin (née Fitzpatrick)
Newtown, Ballyroan, Ballyroan, Laois, R32 N9X6

The death has occurred of Annie Irwin (nee Fitzpatrick) Ballyroan, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, R32 N9X6. Annie died on the 14th of March 2020, peacefully, surrounded by her family in the loving care of the staff in St Vincent’s Hospital, Mountmellick, to whom the family are eternally grateful.

She is predeceased by her husband Tom and is deeply regretted by her sons Liam and John, daughter in law Kathleen and partner Seana, grandchildren, brother Tom, sister Sadie (in Austraila), sister in law Bernie, brother in law Noel, nieces, nephews, great-grandchild, relatives and friends.

May She Rest In Peace

Lying in repose at her son Liam’s residence in Ballyroan, Co. Laois, on Sunday, 15th March, from 4pm with prayers at 9pm. Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyroan, on Monday, 16th March, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Paddy Farrell
Chapel Street, Clonaslee, Laois

Paddy Farrell, Chapel Street, Clonaslee, Co. Laois. (Ex Laois Co. Council). Died, peacefully, on the 14th of March 2020, at Oakdale Nursing Home, Portarlington. Paddy will be sadly missed by his loving sister Nan Hill (Killeigh Co. Offaly). Deeply regretted by his sorrowing nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May Paddy Rest in Peace

His remains will arrive at St. Manman’s Church, Clonaslee, at 7pm on Sunday. Due to Covid 19 Protocol this is for family and close relatives only.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am in St. Manman’s Church, Clonaslee, will be for family and close relatives only.

Burial afterwards in St Manman’s Cemetery, Clonaslee, where sympathising is allowed with strictly no handshaking.

Edward (Freddie) Dunne
Ballymorris, Portarlington, Laois

Formerly Congress Tce Portarlington. Suddenly at his residence. Deeply regretted by his loving brother Paddy, sisters-in-law, nephews, relatives and friends.

Requiem Mass for family and relatives in St John’s Church Killenard on Monday at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Due to the Covid 19 virus there will be no handshaking at the funeral. Condolences can be offered online below

Joanne Foynes (nee Blake), Brocca, Clonaslee, Co. Laois and formerly Clareen, Birr, Co. Offaly, passed away peacefully March 12th 2020 at St Luke’s Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her father Peter. Joanne will be sadly missed by her loving husband James and children Grace, Shay, Ciara and Peter. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing mother Cora, sister Marie, brothers Jimmy & Diarmuid, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, aunt, uncles, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Due to Covid 19 Protocol, Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 noon in St. Manman’s Church, Clonaslee will be for family and close relatives only. Burial afterwards in St Manman’s Cemetery, Clonaslee where sympathising is allowed with strictly no hand shaking.
