Gardai in Portlaoise are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a bus and a car this morning.
The incident happened near Kilminchy and involved a ‘Green Bus’ and car.
It occurred some time between 8.30 and 8.40 this morning – but thankfully there were no injuries.
Gardai released the following appeal for information:
They said: “Portlaoise Gardaí and Laois Roads Policing Unit unit at the scene of collision between a bus and a car.
“No serious injuries. If you travelled along at Kilminchy, Dublin Road Portlaoise this morning between 8.30am to 8.40am and have dash cam footage or witnessed anything, contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 0578674100.”
Traffic was restricted to one lane for a time as Gardai directed traffic around the bus.
