Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Marie, son Patrick and his partner Joanne, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions a private family funeral will take place. Removal from his residence on Monday at 11am arriving St Michael’s Church Portarlington for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Michael’s Cemetery Portarlington. People are welcome to stand along the route to the church, in the churchyard and in the cemetery with Strict Social Distancing being observed at all times.

The family would like to thank you for your help and understanding at this sad and difficult time.

Mary (Molly) Lalor (née Phelan)
Cromogue, Mountrath, Laois

Mary (Molly) Lalor, (née Phelan), Cromogue, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Died 18th June 2021, in the excellent care of Bernadette and staff of Ballard Lodge Nursing Home Portlaoise. Predeceased by her beloved husband Martin, deeply regretted by her family Fint, Betty, Mary, Larry and Bosco, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Cissie (Collier), brother Aidan, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Family Rosary at her home on Sunday evening at 8pm. (Please adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times). Removal on Monday morning to St. Fintan’s Church Raheen, for Requiem Mass at 10am (max 50 people in the Church), followed by Burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

Kiln Lane, Mountrath, Laois

Died on the 18th June at home surrounded by her loving family. Formerly of Gortnaclea, Ballacolla and Ballylusk, Ballyfin, Co.Laois. Beloved wife of the late Paddy. Deeply regretted by her loving family Marie Daly (Tullamore) Paddy, Donie, (Mountrath), Margaret Farrell (Rosenallis) Martin (U.K.), Michael (The Heath), Peter and Theresa Maher (Mountrath), sons and daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grand children ,neices, nephews, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Reposing in her home. Removal on Monday morning at 9.15am to St. Fintan’s Church, Ballyfin arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am. Burial after in St. Fintan’s Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Irish Dementia Association.

Due COVID-19 Restrictions the Requiem Mass will be for family only. People are welcome to pay their respects on route to the church and cemetery and in the precincts of the church and cemetery.
