Doonane, Crettyard, Co Laois and formerly Upper Grange, Goresbridge, Co Kilkenny.

Died peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his parents John and Margaret, brother Eamonn and sisters Rita, Betty Morrissey, Sister Anna (Cross and Passion), Sister Breda (Cross and Passion).

He will be sadly missed by Bishop Denis Nulty, fellow Clergymen and colleagues, his nephew, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours, parishioners and many friends.

Rosary on Tuesday at 7pm in The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mayo, Co Laois. Arrival in St Abban’s Church, Doonane, (Eircode R93 AT86) on Wednesday at 4pm with prayers that evening at 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Thursday in St Abban’s Church, Doonane, at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Patrick Mulhall jnr
Kilminchy, Portlaoise and formerly Parnell Street, Thurles, Tipperary/Portlaoise, Laois

Peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family. In the wonderful care of the staff of St. Francis Hospice Blanchardstown, Dublin. Predeceased by his mother Maureen.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, devoted husband Zeljko, father Pat, sisters Clodagh, Caroline and Angela, brother Brendan, nephews Brian, Eoin, Odhran, Aodhan and Paddy, nieces Grace and Anna, brothers-in-law Paul, Ian and Colin, sister-in-law Alva, step-mother Mary, uncles, aunts, cousins, many friends (especially Elaine and Chanelle) and former colleagues in C&F Quadrant.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Wednesday 21st Dec. from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles, on Thursday 22nd Dec. at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Thurles. The Mass can be viewed at www.thurlesparish.ie.

Ballard Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise, Laois/Rahan, Offaly

Ballard Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise, Laois. Late of Ferthaun, Screggan, Mucklagh, Co Offaly.

Died 19th December 2022. Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the nurses and staff of Ballard Lodge. Deeply regretted by her brothers Alo (Killeigh) and Carthage (Rahan), sister-in-law Breda Condron and brother-in-law Jimmy Curley, nieces, nephews, community and extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, 21st December 2022, at 12 noon in St. Colman’s Church, Mucklagh. Burial afterwards in the Old Cemetery, Mucklagh.

Kathleen is pre-deceased by her loving husband Michael Naughton, and survived by her four children and grandchildren: Bob (Maria), Alexandra, Siobhan, Bobby, Kathleen. Dymphna (Stephen) Kerrigan, Connor, Sydney, Fiona, Oona, Caitlin. Pauline (Jim) Maloney, Ciara (Ryan), Matthew, Kayleigh. Mike (Jen), Mikey, Stella and Grace.

Her siblings, Mai (pre-deceased), Bridie, Margaret, Christina, Ann, James, her Godson P.J. Galvin and many nieces and nephews.

She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Kathleen Naughton’s life will take place at 10:30am on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Our Lady of the Lake Church/Mt. Carmel, 1 Noonan Drive, Lake Carmel, NY 10512.

Following the Mass, interment at her final resting place alongside her beloved husband Michael (2015) will take place at Raymond Hill Cemetery in Carmel, NY.

O’Connor Crescent, Mountrath, Co.Laois, Died 18th December 2022, (peacefully) at the Dean Maxwell Nursing Home Roscrea, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband John and her son Michael.

Dear mother to Ger, Katherine, Lorraine, Philomena and Edward. Deeply regretted by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, partners, extended family, relatives and friends.

Predeceased by his sisters Ann (Dunphy), Sr. Kathleen, brother Sean and son-in-law Edward Lowry. Sadly missed by his wife Ann, daughters Paula, Deirdre and Belinda, son-in-law Alan, grandchildren, brother Liam and sisters, Sr. Teresa and Mai (Walker), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the residence of her son Fintan at Kylebrook, from 6 pm on Monday with rosary at 8pm. Pat Holohan Twoomey Park, Mountmellick Co. Laois. Died December 16th, in the company of her loving family, at The Regional Hospital, Tullamore. Deeply regretted by her loving family, relatives, neighbours and her many friends.

Pat will repose in her home today Saturday from 4pm. Recital of The Rosary at 7pm. Reposing in her home Sunday from 1pm until 3pm (R32KA48). Family time thereafter until removal at 4.30pm to St Joseph’s Church Mountmellick arriving at 5pm. Requiem Mass Monday at 11am. Burial after in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Mountmellick. Dearly loved wife of Philip and cherished mother of Helen, Philip, Linda, Brian and David. She will be very sadly missed by her adored grandchildren, brothers Jodie and John, daughters-in law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnephew, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her residence on Sunday from 4pm to 8pm with Rosary at 8pm. House Private after the Rosary.
