Laois and Clare clash in the second round of the All Ireland football qualifiers this afternoon at 3pm in O’Moore Park. Clare haven’t played since losing to Kerry in the Munster semi-final three weeks ago while Laois are coming off the back of beating Wicklow  in round one two weeks ago.
