Planning permission has been sought to erect 36 new houses in Portlaoise.
Bryan Reilly has submitted an application for the development at Borris Little in the town.
The 36 houses have been split up into a number of different types.
There will be 4 four-bed semi-detached units and 6 three-bed semi-detached houses.
While the bulk of the development will consist of 14 three-bed semi-detached units which are slightly different to the aforementioned ones.
The remained 12 units will be terraced.
And these will be a mix of three-bed and two-bed houses.
