The Cul Camps continue apace and this time we headed over to Emo where a certain goalkeeper was the name on all the kid’s lips.
Laois keeper Graham Brody was the person who all of the young players wanted to be like when they got older.
It is something which goes against the old notion that ‘nobody wants to be a goalkeeper’.
But it isn’t surprising given the displays of the Portlaoise man in the county jersey this year.
There was a huge crowd in Emo and they were being well mentored by a range of coaches.
Laois senior footballer Finbarr Crowley and Laois Ladies footballer Eva Galvin were there while so too were two Laois U-20 footballers.
Courtwood duo Matthew Byron and Seán O’Flynn were also joined by Laois minor and Emo native Sean Greene.
