The Midlands Park Hotel are now bringing bottomless brunches to Laois.
The Portlaoise hotel are the first to bring the trend to Laois, and will be launching their bottomless brunches on Saturday, August 18 and will continue every Saturday.
So what happens during the bottomless brunch?
During the bottomless Prosecco brunch, guests will pay €12 per person for their Prosecco. A food menu prepared by chef Bernard Rochford will cost extra for whatever dish is chosen and guests must have a main dish in order to avail of the bottomless brunch.
It will take place in the Charter Bar, with the first sitting beginning at 12pm to 1.30pm and the second sitting starting from 2pm to 3.30pm.
General manager of the Midlands Park Hotel, Dara Cruise, says the feedback on the idea has been amazing so far.
“We’re very excited. It’s a huge trend in cities that we’re bringing to Laois. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and has proven to be very popular with social gatherings,” said Dara.
With such high anticipation for the bottomless brunches, Dara is advising that people book their place in advance to avoid disappointment.
