Laois garage site up for auction at almost €1 million

A site consisting of a both commercial and residential units is going up for auction at a guide price of almost €1 million.

The site in Graiguecullen consists of a garage forecourt, petrol pumps, a convenience store, take-away unit, office unit, retail unit and five apartments.

The 0.5 acre lot is for sale on BidX1 with a guide price of €900,000.

The first building is arranged over ground floor only to provide a filling station, retail unit and forecourt with four petrol pumps.

The second building is arranged over ground and first floors only to provide a ground floor office unit and retail unit together with 5 two-bedroom apartments overhead.

Registration opens on Friday, October 5 and bidding closes on Friday, October 12 at 10am. A bidding deposit of €10,000 is required.

The lease expiry on the petrol pumps and convenience store expires in 2036 while the take-away unit expires in 2037.

The office unit let to the Office of Public Works lease expires in 2027. Apartments subject to tenancies.
