League finals for Borris-Kilcotton, Castletown, Clonaslee and Portlaoise following tonight’s GAA results

After a very busy weekend, it was a very busy Monday evening on the GAA front.

Four league semi finals were down for decision with two in football and two in football.

Niall Corbet led the way for Clonaslee footballers in Division 2 as they defeated Rosenallis to seal promotion to Division 1B and set up a league final date with Portlaoise on Friday.

In Division 4, Portlaoise had a big win over Spink and they will face Graiguecullen in the final on Saturday evening.

In the hurling, Borris-Kilcotton saw off Shanahoe in Division 2 and will take on Camross in the final on Friday evening.

Meanwhile the last of the semi finals saw Castletown edge a seven goal thriller with Rathdowney-Errill and they will play Park-Ratheniska-Timahoe in the Division 3 final on Friday evening.
