The competition is due to take place on Saturday, October 19 in McCann Park, Portarlington.

It is aimed at adult ladies in Laois and surrounding areas and will give teams the chance to battle it out for the top prizes.

The day will see entrants through a series of Gaelic skills tests including kicking, catching, soloing and hand passing.

Clubs are invited to enter a team of four players who will earn points for their team over the morning of the competition.

The winning team will be in with a chance of winning great prizes as well as the runner up teams.

Prizes include a perpetual shield, specially printed t-shirts and a Team Bonding/Training Session for their club for up to 25 players in Portarlington Leisure Centre.

All are welcome to go along and put their skills to the test!
