WATCH: Kildare photographer captures stunning drone footage of Rock of Dunamase

This is class.

A Kildare photographer has captured some stunning drone footage of the Rock of Dunamase in 4K.

Luke Shaw from Newbridge is the man behind the footage and he says that he believes the castle ruin is a great tourist attraction for the area to have.

He said: “I have been filming various locations around Ireland for a number of months now.

“The Rock of Dunamase is a beautiful hill fort that I thought would look interesting from above.

“So I took my drone out to see what the views would be like and they are amazing.

“Through the centuries, warriors have fought to control this site.

“The ruins have stood for over 700 years and are perched high above the countryside which makes for some amazing views.”
