In Pictures: More great Halloween photos as schools finish for mid-term break

Has there ever been a higher standard of Halloween costumes?

Maybe it’s the Level 5 restrictions but the effort the school children around the country went to for their last day before mid-term break was incredible.

And the LaoisToday social media platforms and email inbox were buzzing with new messages all day Friday with proud parents sending in their photos.

Because of the sheer volume of messages coming in, we had to split the photos across two articles.

We published the first of these on Friday evening and now we follow up with the remainder.

And again there are some absolutely brilliant efforts.

From Donald Trump to Mr Bean and dead rock stars and to injured hurlers, you can check them all out below.

Many thanks to those who sent photos our way. No doubt they’ll lift your spirits.
