Died in the loving care of the staff at Queen of Peace Nursing Home, Rathfarnham, Dublin. Predeceased by his mother Bridget. Sadly missed by his loving brother Tom (Canada), extended family, relatives and friends.

Removal on Tuesday morning from Moloney’s Funeral Home to St Joseph’s Chuch Mountmellick on Tuesday, October 27th arriving for 11am Requiem Mass. Joseph’s Mass will be live streamed on mountmellickparish.ie. Joseph will be laid to rest afterwards with his mother in St Joseph’s Cemetery Acragar, Mountmellick.

Margaret (Peg) Delaney (née Kavanagh)
Navan Road, Dublin/Durrow, Laois

DELANEY Margaret (Peg) (nee Kavanagh) (Navan Rd, Dublin 7 and Formerly Graceswood, Durrow, Co Laois) October 23rd 2020 suddenly at home surrounded by her loving family. Wonderful Mother to daughter Marian and son Pat. Loving wife of the late Paddy. Predeceased by her brother Seamus, sisters Kit, Maura, Sheila and Sadie. Sadly missed by her children, daughter-in-law Ann, grandchildren Ellen and Harry, brothers-in-law Bill and John Joe, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A private funeral will take place due to government advice regarding public gatherings. Margaret’s Funeral Mass may be viewed online on Monday 26th October at 10am by following the link below.

Julia Crowley
Ahiohill, Enniskeane, Cork/Ballyfin, Laois

CROWLEY, Julia, (Judy). Ahiohill, Enniskeane, Co. Cork, Enniskillen and Ballyfin, Co. Laois) on October 23rd 2020, peacefully in the tender care of the staff at Ballard Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise, with her faithful and beloved dog Whitsy by her side. Beloved sister of the late Mary (Molly), Timothy, Michael and Eugene (Bobby). Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, sister-in-law, grandnieces and grandnephews.

In accordance with current Government guidelines Julia’s funeral will take place privately. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding at this difficult time.

Patrick Street, Mountrath, Laois/Moneygall, Offaly

Margaret (Peig) Hurley (neé Costello), Patrick Street, Mountrath, Co. Laois, formally Cloosecullen, Raheen, Abbeyleix, and previously of Busherstown, Moneygall, Co.Offaly. Died 22nd October 2020 (peacefully) at the Villa Marie Nursing Home Roscrea, in the loving care of the matron, nurses and caring staff.

Predeceased by her husband Paul Hurley, Raheen, brother Stephen (Busherstown Moneygall), sister Mary (Rosemary Street, Roscrea). Deeply regretted by her niece Anne-Marie, nephew John, his partner Martha and family, Joseph Gough and family, grandnephew Stephen, his partner Hannah and children Iris and Wilbie, cousins and many neighbours and friends.

Due to current Covid 19 restrictions, a private family Funeral Mass will take place in St. Fintan’s Church Raheen, on Saturday morning at 11.0’clock, followed by Burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
