Greenfeet Lawncare are seeking to hire a full-time person for a General Administration/Sales Order processing role.
Primary Responsibilities
- General Administration/Sales Order processing from multiple sources
- E-commerce platforms
- Sales/Marketing/Social Media Representative
- Email orders
- Knowledge of at least one accounts software package essential
2nd Primary Responsibility
- Customer service: Daily interaction with Client and Managers. Telephone and written skills of high competency required.
- The ability to multitask without losing a very strong attention to detail is essential.
- The ideal candidate will be able to keep an office in perfectly flowing tidy order.
- Be able to liaise with other staff members to achieve targets
- The company is expanding there is room for promotion for the right candidate
Job Type: Contract
Salary: €20,000-€25,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
COVID-19 considerations
The candidate will work to work on site. Anyone entering the office is obliged to wear a face mask.. No Public access to the office, sanitizers and masks are provided. Social distancing strongly enforced .
Experience
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
