DNG Kelly are seeking a professional and motivated part-time office administrator for their flagship office based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in real estate however, this is not essential.
- General sales office administration including customer correspondence, letter writing and filing
- Maintaining effective systems for electronic filing, information retrieval and file archiving
- Answer incoming calls & e-mails; addressing customer needs directly and/or referring calls to the appropriate manager
- Managing diary appointments
- Accurately maintain and update databases as required
- Monitoring and ensuring rent payments occur on time
- Implement and administer all rent reviews
- Liaise with Landlords arrange all maintenance & repairs works
- Process the letting of properties
- Complete basic accounts
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.
