New manager brings wealth of experience from around the world to Jeremiah Grant’s

Jeremiah Grant Bar and Eatery in Portlaoise has recently appointed Eoin Lyons as their new manager

Eoin joins the team in Jeremiah Grants and brings with him over eight years experience working in restaurants across Ireland and Australia

“We are delighted to have Eoin back with us after spending time abroad,” said owner John Watchorne.

“Eoin brings with him vast knowledge and experience within the service industry. He has great interpersonal skills with the staff and customers”

From Portlaoise, Eoin has a degree in international hospitality management from DIT.

He worked in hotels, bars and restaurants in Ireland before taking his talents to Australia where he further his skills in renowned restaurants.

“At such a young age he brings a great level of maturity with him,” added John.

“It’s great to be back here in Jeremiah Grant’s,” said Eoin.

“I was delighted when I got the call. It’s great to be back here and to see some familiar faces

“I decided to come back to Jeremiah Grant’s because they strive for perfection that’s something I try and do in my everyday life”

To celebrate Eoin’s return Jeremiah Grant’s have launched a competition for a €100 food and drink voucher.
