Backup Power Solutions are Hiring Field Service Engineers.

Established in 2007, we have offices in both Portarlington and Newtownards.

Our engineers look after our large client base which is dispersed across all 32 counties.

We are a small team who work with industry leaders in the Data Centre, Pharma and Medical industries.

We are looking for electricians to join our team as field service engineers, someone who is passionate about service and enjoys working in a technical environment.

Experience in the area of UPS equipment is an advantage, nonetheless product training will be provided to the successful individual.

Our Offer To You

  • Full time job plus paid travel and overtime

Summary of Responsibilities:

The right candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of critical power supply equipment (UPS & IPS) and associated electrical equipment.

In addition the successful applicant will ensure the continued maintenance & operation of our customer’s critical power systems and therefore must have experience in trouble-shooting and repair.

The individual must be customer focused, be prepared to work within and as part of a team, be able to interact with colleagues, management, clients and other trades in a professional and responsible manner, and in doing so present a positive image of the Company.
