Laois derby among the fixtures as CCFL soccer action faces into last weekend of 2022

Following a weekend of cancellations, there’s hope that there can be games on the local CCFL soccer scene next weekend.

The fixture list for the last weekend before Christmas is a short one – though there are a couple of significant games.

Mountmellick are in Leinster U-19 cup action on Saturday when they make the trip to Castlecomer to take on Deen Celtic.

On Sunday, the local interest is in CCFL Division 1 where bottom side Clonaslee are at home to Abbeyleix, who are just two points above them.

In the same division Rosenallis, who are level on points with Abbeyleix, make the trip to Coolraine.
