Cherished son of Michael and Trish, dearly loved brother of Sarah, father of Killian, Michael Jnr, Saoirse and Grace and Uncle of Leon. Sadly missed by his Uncles, John & Seamus, Aunts Anne & Annette, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Reposing in Durrow Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Durrow, from 2pm on Wednesday, 10th May, with Rosary at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday, 11th May, in the Church of the Holy Trinity, Durrow, at 12pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Josie Lynam
”La Bergerie”, Crowe Lane, Portarlington, Laois/Tullamore, Offaly
Late of 23 Marian Place, Tullamore. Predeceased by her father Ned and mother Maureen. Josie will be sadly missed by her loving brothers and sisters Ann, Colm, Phyllis, Eamon, Maura and Ollie, brothers in law, sisters in law, aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at O’Reilly’s Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore, on Tuesday from 5pm until Rosary at 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore.

Sr. Elizabeth Delaney
Navan Road, Dublin/Laois
Delaney, Sr. Elizabeth, (Navan Road, Dublin and formerly of St. Mary’s, Cabra, Muckross Park, Lisbon, and Ballyfermot) (6th May 2023); in the loving care of her Dominican sisters and the staff of Santa Sabina House. Much loved and deeply regretted by her sister Bridie Hourigan, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, her cousins, close friends, and her Dominican Sisters. Daughter of the late Michael and Mary Delaney, Upper Forest, Mountmellick, Co. Laois, she was predeceased by her brothers Martin and Pat, her sisters Kathleen, Peig Ryan, Sara O’Loughlin and Maureen Rochford.
Sr. Elizabeth donated her body to medical science. Mass will be celebrated for her in the Dominican Convent Chapel Cabra Campus DO7 Y2E7 on Tuesday, 9th May, at 2pm. Mass can be viewed live via https://www.churchservices.tv/cabradominican.
Agnes Geoghegan
Main Street, Borris-in-Ossory, Laois/Dublin
Agnes Geoghegan, Main Street, Borris in Ossory, Co. Laois, May 6th, 2023 (peacefully) in the loving care of the Staff in the Villa Marie Nursing Home, Roscrea. Predeceased by her sister Lucy (Gantly). Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her loving sisters, Eilleen (Sr. Catherine, Mountrath), Marie and Rena, nephews Mike, Pat, Oisin and Cathal, grandnephew, grandnieces, cousins, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Guilfoyle’s Funeral Home, Castletown (Eircode R32 TN84) this Tuesday evening (May 9th) from 6 pm with rosary in the funeral home at 8 pm.
Removal this Wednesday morning (May 10th.) from her residence to arrive in St. Canice’s Church, Borris in Ossory, for Requiem Mass at 11 o’c., with interment immediately afterwards in Knockaroo Cemetery.

Kathleen McEvoy (née Parkinson)
Clonaheen, Rosenallis, Laois
The death has occurred of Kathleen McEvoy (née Parkinson) Clonaheen, Rosenallis, Co. Laois (R32WD86), peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband Joe, brothers and sister. Much loved mother of Louise, Joseph, John, Patrick, Micheal, Catríona, Fergal and Yvonne.
Deeply regretted by her loving family, sisters Mary Duffy, Anne Lennon and Teresa Colgan, brother Joe, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing in her home Monday from 2pm concluding with recital of the rosary at 8pm. Funeral arriving St. Brigid’s Church, Rosenallis, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Tuesday. Burial afterwards in St. Brigid’s Cemetery. Family time in Kathleen’s home on Tuesday morning.
