Interesting ties in store as draws made for Round 2 of the Senior and Intermediate football championships

GAA General

The draws have been made for Round 2 of the Senior and Intermediate football championships.

The draws came following the conclusion of Round 1 action in O’Moore Park this evening.

There is a new format for both competitions this year and it sees the introduction of a B element.

Whoever is defeated in the Round 2 loser’s section of both competitions will head for the B.

In Senior, these teams will be in B quarter finals while in Intermediate, they will be in B semi finals.
