Clonaslee Show returns on Sunday, September 10 – and promises a great day out once again

The Clonaslee Show has incredible history, going back over 70 years – and it returns with what promises to be another great family day out on Sunday next, September 10.

Having returned last after an enforced three-year break due to Covid, this will be the 69th hosting of the show.

Among the highlights will be the the Gain dog food All-Ireland championships as well as a number of non-agricultural activities.

Music on the day is from Rock on Paddy and Aisling Rafferty.

Amazing prizes and entertainment

Massive prize raffles are taking place on the day, with an astounding €2,500 prize fund up for grabs.

Tickets are €2 each or three for €5.

Bouncing castles, face painting, balloon modelling, bakery competitions and carnival rides ensure a perfect day for all the family.

In total there are three free bouncing castles and free face painting!

The Clonaslee Show has gone from strength to strength from its conception, halting on only a couple of occasions – for foot and mouth, Covid and in 2017 due to poor weather conditions.

With children going free and an adult ticket costing €10, the Clonaslee Show has proven to be the perfect day out for all the family for generations.
