It was offered for sale by online auction and achieved a combined total of €305,000 – €55,000 above the guide price.
The circa 26-acre non residential farmlands are positioned down a cul-de-sac near Capoley, Portlaoise, Co. Laois and were guided at €250,000.
It was offered for sale in 3 lots by online auction:
- Lot 1 – circa 14 acres
- Lot 2 – circa 4.5 acres
- Lot 3 – circa 7.5 acres
There were three registered bidders and after three or four rounds of active bidding on each lot it was decided to put each lot on the market individually.
Each lot was sold as follows:
- Lot 1 €162,000
- Lot 2 €66,000
- Lot 3 €77,000

It was offered for sale in 4 lots by online auction comprising:
