Patrick held a fundraiser where he donated the proceeds of his treatments and clients’ donations to the Friends of Portlaoise Hospital.

Patrick has been a very active fundraiser for various charities over the last number of years which is commendable and has most definitely made a big difference in many people’s lives.

Tom Timmons, Chairperson of the Friends of Portlaoise Hospital, said: “Patrick has made a substantial donation to the Friends, which we as a committee are extremely grateful for.

“This donation will go towards enhancing patients’ comfort in the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise.

“As you know, the Friends rely solely on donations from local people like Patrick and those who donated to Patrick’s fundraiser.

“We are a small committee, and we are getting back on track with our fundraising efforts since Covid-19 put a halt to this!

“Once again, I would like to thank Patrick for his very kind gesture.”
