It was all smiles in Pedigree Corner over the weekend as St Joseph’s presented medals to two of their championship winning teams from 2023.
The Minor ladies received their medals following their championship win over The Heath this year.
Adult players Niamh Crosby and Emily Lacey were on hand to present the medals on the night.
The U-15s were up next with Laois senior footballers James Kelly and Brian Daly on hand to do the honours.
They were crowned champions following a 5-10 to 1-14 win over O’Dempsey’s in their final.
Outside of these teams, 2023 will be remembered as a stellar year for all in St Joseph’s.
They won their first SFC since 2001 and reached the MFC and U-20 finals but just came out on the wrong side.
The Ladies team also reached the Intermediate decider where they were edged out by Shanahoe in the final.
