Laois Sawmills job ad for a maintenance fitter on LaoisToday

Laois Sawmills Ltd are looking to recruit a full time office administrator, based in Portlaoise. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • All administrative duties including raising invoices, liaising with both customer and its branches along with logistical team.
  • Printing and co-ordinating deliveries and invoices
  • Ensuring data input is accurate, timely and meticulous.
  • Answering, addressing and resolving any sales, branch queries and logistical queries.
  • Support to sales team with a focus on continuously improving on systems.
  • Capable of working as part of a team or on own initiative

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures and best practices
  • Clear understanding of excel, word and IT skills
  • Capability to stay organized and maintain detailed records
  • Ability to identify and resolves discrepancies
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent organization, planning and customer service skills
