Laois Sawmills Ltd are looking to recruit a full time office administrator, based in Portlaoise.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- All administrative duties including raising invoices, liaising with both customer and its branches along with logistical team.
 - Printing and co-ordinating deliveries and invoices
 - Ensuring data input is accurate, timely and meticulous.
 - Answering, addressing and resolving any sales, branch queries and logistical queries.
 - Support to sales team with a focus on continuously improving on systems.
 - Capable of working as part of a team or on own initiative
 
Skills and qualifications
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures and best practices
 - Clear understanding of excel, word and IT skills
 - Capability to stay organized and maintain detailed records
 - Ability to identify and resolves discrepancies
 - Strong time management skills
 - Excellent organization, planning and customer service skills
