Formerly of New Ross, Co Wexford and Kildangan, Co Kildare. Peacefully, in the exceptional care of the staff at Tallaght Hospital, Dublin.

Predeceased by his loving partner Liz. Sadly missed by his brother Jimmy and wife Eileen, loving son John, loving daughters Susan, Caroline and Sandra, their mother Carmel Sinnott, sons in law Chris and Nigel, daughters in law Ann and Aislinn, granddaughters Holly, Sandy, Kara, Nicola and Ciara, grandsons Michael, Jonathon and Dale, great-grandchildren Serenity, Sakura, Lexi, Mille and Niamh, nephews, nieces, relatives, close family and friends.

Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home, Portlaoise, on Sunday from 4pm to 6.30pm. Removal on Monday to St Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise, for 12 o’clock requiem Mass followed by interment in St Peter and Paul’s Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Marie Keating Foundation.

Patricia Downey (née Dunne) of Cherrygarth, Portlaoise. Passed away on April 3rd 2024 peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Beacon Hospital. Dearly loved mother to Careena, Lindsey, and Kim.

Cherished grandmother to Luca and Noah. Deeply regretted by her loving family, sons in law Andrew and Luke along with brothers in law Dick, and also Jim and Tony, sisters in law Lucy, Eileen and Deirdre, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her residence (R32F5PE) on Friday evening from 4pm until rosary at 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s church for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment will follow afterwards in SS Peter and Pauls cemetery Portlaoise.

Eileen O’Kelly (née Cummins), Elderfield, Castletown, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. 3rd. April 2024 (peacefully).

Predeceased by her husband Paddy, and sister Margaret.

Deeply regretted by her loving son Kyran, daughter Niamh, sister Kay (Butler, Aughafan), son in law John, daughter in law Kate, grandchildren Paul, Sarah, Luke and Sam, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Guilfoyle’s Funeral home Castletown Eircode R32 TN84 this Thursday evening (April 4th.) from 6 o’c with Rosary at 8 o’c.

Eileen’s Requiem Mass on Friday morning (April 5th.) in St. Edmund’s Church, Castletown at 11 o’c followed by private cremation.

Theresa Mary Cuddy (née Barnett)
Clonduff, Rosenallis, Laois

Theresa Mary Cuddy (nee Barnett) Clonduff, Rosenallis, Co.Laois, died peacefully April 3rd surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Mary,brother Frank and brother-in-law Paul.

Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving husband Stephen, daughter Caroline, sons Thomas and Declan, sisters Angela and Aileen, brothers Jim, Tom, Donal and Joe, brother-in-law Michael, sisters-in-law Geraldine,Carmel and Mary, son-in-law Joe, daughters-in-law Catherine and Dineen, adored grandchildren and precious greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews, relatives and many friends.

Reposing in Moloneys Funeral Home on Thursday from 4pm. Recital of The Rosary at 7pm. Funeral arriving for 12 noon Requiem Mass on Friday in St.Brigid’s Church, Rosenallis. Burial after in St.Brigid’s Cemetery.

Suddenly at home. Pre-deceased by his mother Pauline, brother-in-law Adrian.

Deeply regretted by his father Noel, sisters Maria, Carmel and Claire, brother James, his children Maisy, Paddy and their mother Niamh, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, neighbours and large circle of friends.

Reposing in Tierney’s Funeral Home, Roscrea (E53 NY70) on Thursday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Private removal from his residence on Friday morning at 10.30am arriving in St.Molua’s Church, Ballaghmore (R32 RC53) for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Noel O’Dea
Errill, Laois/Palmerstown, Dublin

Noel O’Dea, Clonmeen, Errill, Co. Laois, April 1st. 2024, peacefully following a long illness in the presence of his family and in the excellent care of nursing and care staff at house 17, Stewart’s Care, Palmerstown, Dublin. Beloved youngest son of the late William and Margaret.

Deeply regretted by his sister Mary, brothers Kieran, Liam, Paddy, Sèan, Jim and Joe, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins and his friends at House 17.

Reposing at O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home Rathdowney (Eircode R32 NY24) on Thursday evening April 4th. 2024 from 5 o’clock pausing for prayers at 7 o’clock.

Removal on Friday morning to the Church of Our Lady Queen of the Universe, Errill arriving for Requiem mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Bealady Cemetery, Rathdowney.
