The Stradbally Community Choir will be rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest acts in Ireland this weekend.
The group are set to perform on the Main Stage at the Greenfields Music Festival in Athy.
This is a two-day event, held on May 3 and 4, with acts performing across four stages.
The Whistlin’ Donkeys, Aslan and Jerry Fish are among the main performers on Saturday.
While Mundy, The Stunning and Gavin James will draw big crowds on Sunday – with this event widely being viewed as the start of the festival season in Ireland.
The Stradbally Community Choir kick things off on the main stage on Sunday at 2pm.
The choir came together last year and had their first official performance before Christmas in the the Sacred Heart Church.
On the night, 100 men and women appeared on the altar in front of a packed church.
Since then, the choir performed at the official launch of the Timahoe Male Choir’s CD launch in the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel in February.
They performed at ‘Timahoe’s Got Talent’ in March and sang again in the church on St Patrick’s Day.
This weekend’s event is another step on their journey as they gear up for an exciting summer.
