The draw for the Laois Ladies Senior, Intermediate and Junior club football championships have been made.
Two of the three competitions involve a group stage while one is based off a round robin.
In the SFC, reigning champions St Conleth’s are in Group A alongside Shanahoe, Timahoe and Ballyroan.
2023 champions Portlaoise are in Group B with Sarsfields, St Joseph’s and Park-Ratheniska.
The top team from each group will progress straight to semi finals with second and third meeting in quarter finals.
The bottom side from each group will also face off in a relegation playoff.
It is planned that both the semi finals and the final of this competition will be played in O’Moore Park this year.
There are five teams in the IFC and they play each other on a round robin basis with the top four advancing to semi finals.
The JFC comprises of ten teams which are split into two groups of five.
St Joseph’s, Timahoe, Portlaoise, St Conleth’s and Shanahoe are all fielding second teams at this level which shows the growth of the game in these areas.
