Laois GAA is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitable qualified, experienced and professional caterers to service the catering requirements of all our inter-county panels (Academy, Minor, U-20 and Senior grades) from November 1, 2025, to July 30, 2027.
The successful candidate will be required to cater for Laois panels at training
sessions and games where required.
Our Inter County catering will predominantly be in our newly refurbished canteen
facility in LOETB Centre of Excellence, Portlaoise, but there will also be
requirements for caterer to travel to training sessions and matches.
Laois GAA invites interested parties to submit proposal that includes the following:
- Details of previous catering experience;
- Full sample menus for training, pre-match, post-match, academy blitzes,
taking into account the dietary requirements of a sports team, including a budget
price for each menu; - Any further documentation to support your application, including copies of
HACCP management system, Public Liability Certificate and Health and Safety
policy.
