Day 2 of the 2025 Electric Picnic Music and Arts festival proved to be a massive success.

As was forecast, heavy rain and strong winds battered the festival in the first half of the day.

But when that cleared by mid afternoon, the sun even made some brief appearances and the craic continued.

It was another bumper day of talent with crowds flocking left, right and centre to see their favourite acts.

On the Main Stage, rap group Kneecap braved the weather and the crowds came out to support them.

This was their third festival appearance but their first on the Main Stage.

The Electric Arena was hopping all day with Eurovision star Tommy Cash among those performing.

The 2 Johnnies, Mark McCabe and The Coronas also drew in big crowds.

While the day was brought to an end on the Main Stage by Fat Boy Slim.

Photographer Paul Dargan was out and about and captured some great images.
