Raheen Vintage Club held their annual presentation night recently, celebrating another hugely successful year for the club and community.
A total of €9,600 was donated on the night to a number of charities, groups, and causes.
Teac Tom were the main beneficiaries, receiving €4,000 while additional donations were made to five different organisations and individuals.
Raheen Parish Council received funds towards the installation of a live-stream camera in St. Fintan’s Church, Raheen.
Colt GAA and Colt Mothers and Others also benefited along with Waterford Hospice, in memory of Kathleen Rowe, a fantastic supporter of the club.
Charlie and Doireann O’Connor, supporting their “Malin to Mizen on a Tractor” fundraiser in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation and the Cuisle Centre, were also rewarded.
Chris Goode, chairman of Raheen Vintage Club, thanked everyone who made the year a success.
He said: “It was a wonderful evening, and we are extremely proud of what has been achieved.
“This is through the hard work and support of our members, families, sponsors, and the wider community.
“Raheen Vintage Club now looks forward to 2026, with our Annual Show taking place on 12th July next year.”
