People First Credit Union are currently seeking to hire a Board Administrator.
The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare minutes and meetings, manage governance records and support the Board Secretary with regulatory compliance, handling confidential matters independently.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in board-level or governance administration
- Strong understanding of corporate governance best practices
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
