Kathleen Lalor (née Delaney)

Kathleen passed away peacefully on the 15th January 2026, surrounded by her loving family, at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise, in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband Dan, parents Michael and Mary Ellen, sisters Annie and Sr. Padua.
Deeply regretted by her loving family, Patrick, Mary Ann (Coyne), Michael, Pascal and Teresa (Lowry), grandchildren Daniel, Donie, Kevin, Michelle and Trish, great-grandchildren Corey, Isabelle, Skye, Charlie and Lottie, daughters-in-law Lorraine and Catherine, sons-in-law Pat and Sean, brother-in-law Michael (Lalor), extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her daughter Mary Ann’s residence (eircode R32W354), on Friday evening January 16th, from 5.0’clock concluding with Rosary at 9.0’clock. Removal from her home on Saturday afternoon January 17th, to St. Fergal’s Church Camross (eircode R32VY79), for Requiem Mass at 2.0’clock, followed by Burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

William (Billy) Kelly
Graiguecullen, Carlow/Graiguecullen, Laois
Formerly of Winsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom.
14th January, 2026. Peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny with his close friends Duck and M.J. at his side. Loving father, uncle and grandfather; pre-deceased by his parents Mary and Patrick, sister Stella and brothers Michael and Patrick. Billy will be fondly remembered by his family, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends, especially his friends in Racey Byrnes.
Reposing at McGuill’s Funeral Home, Bennekerry, R93 E5N7 on Saturday 17th January from 6.00p.m. until 8.00p.m. with Prayers at 7.00p.m. Billy’s funeral will take place in Winsford, Cheshire, United Kingdom at a later date.
David Brown
Forest View, Tonafarna, Vicarstown, Laois
David passed away peacefully at his residence in the company of his loving family in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Brenda and cherished father of Noel, Ciara, Stephen and Kate. Son-in-law Gary, daughter-in-law Lindsay, grandchildren Eoghain, Orlaith and Paddy, his extended family, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing in the Presentation Chapel, Stradbally (R32 WRH9) on Friday the 16th from 5pm to conclude with the recital of the rosary at 7pm. Removal by Whelehan Funeral Directors on Saturday morning at 11:30am to arrive at Church of the Assumption, Vicarstown (R32 N803) for 12 noon Requiem mass. Internment to follow in Moyanna Cemetery.
Marie Corcoran (née Brophy)
Coolagh, Clonaslee, Laois/Tullamore, Offaly
Predeceased by her husband, John, sons, Sean, Enda & Baby William, her parents, brothers and sister.
Marie passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her devoted family.
Marie will be deeply missed and forever loved by her loving daughters, Rita and Rose, her sons-in-law, Joe Healion and Conor Daly, her daughter-in-law, Noreen (New York), her adoring grandchildren, Ronan, Sarah-Louise, Sophie, Khloe, Sean Og, Oran and Robyn, her brothers, Charlie (New York) and JJ, her sister, Margaret Browne, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Thursday, the 15th day of January – Marie will repose at her daughter, Rita’s residence in Spollanstown, Tullamore, (R35 VF68) from 5 pm until rosary at 8 pm.
House private at all other times.
Friday, the 16th day of January – Marie’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Saint. Manman’s Church, Clonalsee (R32 N6E5) at 2.30 pm. Following the Mass, Marie will be buried in the local cemetery.

Ealing, London and formerly of The Heath, Portlaoise, Laois
Catherine O’Shaughnessy Nee Lambe Of Ealing, London. Previously The Heath, Portlaoise. Died at Northwick Park Hospital on 10.01.2026 with her children by her side.
Predeceased by her husband Patrick and her brothers Mick, Tom, Andy, Pat and Tony. Deeply missed by her daughter Michelle and her husband Steve, her son Stephen, her grand children, Zara, Kayleigh and Bradley, her great grandchildren John Jnr and Erin, her brothers Jim, Jack, Billy, Ollie and Noel and her sisters Mary, Minnie, Bridie and Betty.

Anne Kehoe (née Murphy)

Anne Kehoe, (nee Murphy) Boughlone Portlaoise and formerly Leinster Crescent Carlow. 12th January 2026. Suddenly at her residence. Beloved wife of the late David. Dearly loved mother to David (Kilcolgan) and cherished grandmother to Holly, Sophie and Jack. Predeceased by her son Alan and her daughter Rachel, sister Maureen and brother Séan. Deeply regretted by her family. Daughter in law Rosaleen, son in law Sean óg. Nephews, nieces, relatives, very good neighbours and friends. May she rest in peace. Margaret Brown (née Lalor)

Retired nursing staff of St. Fintan’s Hospital Portlaoise.
Predeceased by her loving parents Matt & Sally & sister Frank.
Peacefully at Midlands regional hospital Tullamore after a long illness surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of Eddie, adoring children Anne-Marie, Edward and Darren, son-in-law Ian, sister Jo Lalor (Clonaghadoo), brother John Lalor (Clonagown, Ballyfin), relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Will be sorely missed by mother-in-law Kathleen Brown, Brothers-in-law & Sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, wide circle of friends (near and far) and former work colleagues.
Reposing in Moloney’s Funeral Home, Mountmellick (R32 PC95) on Thursday 15th from 5pm. Recital of the Rosary at 8pm.
