Due to continued expansion Jack Nolan Lock and Key Ltd (T/a Nolan’s Locksmiths), based in Portlaoise, are seeking to hire an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers/ clients managing enquiries via calls, emails and WhatsApp.
 - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer communication, and jobs booked.
 - Organise and schedule callouts and jobs booked in for 4 locksmiths on duty
 - Prepare and dispatch quotations, invoices and statements.
 - Order stock as required
 - Keep accounts, invoices, purchase orders up to date
 
Requirements
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
 - Customer Service Orientated with a positive and friendly attitude
 - Experience in an Administrative role
 - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 - Strong organisational and time management skills
 - Accuracy and attention to detail in a busy locksmiths business essential
 
Further Info
- Based in our Portlaoise Office
 - Full training given
 - Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
 - Salary negotiable.
