Stephen Duff’s charges will have home advantage for this fixture after they topped their group.
Wins against Roscommon in Round 1 and Fermanagh in Round 2 ensured a perfect passage.
Laois are familiar with Wexford as they were beaten by them in their final game in Division 3 of the National League.
Wexford lost the league final to Cavan and their season has stuttered since.
They lost a Leinster semi final to Westmeath and only finished second in their group here.
They defeated Offaly but lost to Clare which saw them end up as runners up.
If Laois win, they will face the winners of Clare and Monaghan in the semi final – with that being played on July 13.
