TG4 have put out a national call looking for families to participate in their annual talent show aimed at finding Ireland’s ‘most talented family’.
Réalta agus Gaolta has become an annual fixture on TG4 since its original series in 2018.
This series follows the Yershova families win in March of this year, after fleeing Ukraine to Listowel, County Kerry only three years ago.
In the most recent series, the Dalton family from Castletown took part and wowed the judges with their talent.
Performers of all age are implored to apply, with the filming scheduled to take place in Dublin in August.
The broadcaster is seeking any family who can perform: traditional music, song or dance; modern dance or contemporary music; any novelty or unique routines.
If any Laois family fancies themselves in any of these talents, they must have at least two members apply.
The competition will have the two resident judges: Sinéad Ní Uallachaín, television and radio broadcaster, Champion Sean-Nós singer and broadcaster Irial Ó Ceallaigh.
Alongside the two resident judges, each week they will be joined by a guest judge ‘from the world of entertainment’
Any interests in applications can apply at www.tg4.ie/realtaagusgaolta
