The LaoisToday premium subscription will be changing from next month.
Starting from August 1, 2025, the price of our premium subscription will be increasing slightly:
- Monthly plan: from €6.99 to €7.99
- Annual plan: from €69.99 to €79.99
This isn’t a decision we have arrived at easily. However, inflation, the increased cost of doing business and our commitment to providing an unrivalled level of local sports coverage means it is an essential step for our family-owned business.
This is the first increase since we introduced our premium sports subscription service in July 2022, three years ago this month.
Subscribers get access to all of our podcasts and local sports coverage as well as to our general premium content.
We still believe it offers exceptional value, working out at about €1.53 per week or 22 cent per day.
LaoisToday is the only locally-owned media outlet in this region and one of only a handful of family-owned media publications in Ireland.
