Stradbally Community Employment wish to seek for suitable applicants to apply for the post of Supervisor.
This post requires a good understanding of the role of the Community Employment Supervisor, as it pertains to project management and programme delivery.
The successful applicant will require a skill set to manage between 20-25 workers in various settings in the Stradbally/Timahoe/Vicarstown community catchment area.
The supervisor should display qualities of commitment and motivation to implement the objectives of the community employment scheme.
Essential interpersonal skills required are:
- Experience of working with job seekers.
- Capable of motivating and mentoring job seekers.
- Ability to work under direction of sponsorship organisation.
The successful applicant must have previous supervision and management experience relevant to the post (3 years minimum).
Please outline previous experience in administration, project management/training or any other relevant positions in your application or CV.
Educational qualifications for this post is NFQ level 6 or higher (desirable) with ICT skills essential.
