The Electric Picnic Music and Arts Festival has come to an end for another year after three mighty days of craic.

Sunday brought showers and wind but also plenty of sunshine with those in attendance having a great time.

Sunday was very much about local acts as two choirs from the parish performed.

The world renowned Timahoe Male Choir played at the festival for the second time.

But they made history as they were the first Laois act ever to perform on the Main Stage.

They were followed at 3.15pm by the Stradbally Community Choir who took on the Hazelwood.

And the action on the Main Stage concluded at midnight as Kings of Leon brought the house down.

Paul Dargan, when he wasn’t performing, was out and about taking pictures.
