It has been an incredible couple of days for Laois shops and winning Lotto tickets.
Following on from Clelands in Abbeyleix selling a €250,000 winning ticket in Saturday’s Lotto Plus 2 draw it has emerged that the Gandon Inn in Emo has gone one better and sold a €500,000 winner in Tuesday night’s Euromillions draw.
The numbers drawn were 17, 22, 31, 38 and 45. The star numbers were 5 and 12.
